Mass testing is an effort undertaken by both CCP and the EVE player base in the war on lag. Hundreds of players have participated so far in the Summer mass tests, and we're making progress as seen in the results here. EVE Online: Tyrannis 1.0.5 has been deployed successfully and Tranquility is now accepting connections. You can review the list of fixes and changes at our patch notes page. Forum threads are available in the EVE Information Portal for players to give feedback and alert us to any issues they may be experiencing.

The deployment of Tyrannis 1.0.5 has been postponed to Thursday, September 2, 2010, due to issues discovered during QA testing. Deployment will begin at 11:00 UTC and is expected to be completed at 12:30 UTC. Tyrannis 1.0.5 patch notes are available for review.
Our next mass test on the Singularity test server will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 20:00 UTC and is expected to last 1.5 hours. This mass test will focus on testing jumping and module lag, as well as EVE Voice.  We're seeking at least 350 pilots, though 550 or more would be ideal.  More info about the mass test can be found in this thread, and we're seeking your feedback h
